Built in 1995 as one of the last buildings of the Attitash Woods Association, this unit has its original family owned condo that had been well-loved for decades, but it was time for a new chapter. The goal was to breathe new life into a space filled with memories and transform it into a cozy, modern retreat for the next generation to enjoy.

We updated the 1,800-square-foot interior with hardwood floors, a new oak staircase, tiled bathrooms and carpet in the bedrooms. In the heart of the home, wood cabinetry and white quartz countertops bring a fresh touch to the kitchen’s timeless character. The result was a warm, welcoming space that captures the feel of a cherished family getaway.
